Caring for your finish

Every piece leaves the workshop in one of four sealed finishes: satin water-based varnish, satin black paint, satin white paint, or dark stain under satin water-based varnish.

For everyday care, dust with a dry cloth. Wipe spills quickly with a lightly damp cloth rather than letting them sit, then dry the surface.

Avoid solvent, polish or abrasive cleaners, which can dull a satin sheen. There is no need to oil or wax. If a painted edge gets chipped, get in touch and we can advise or supply matching touch-up paint.
